If you are a Real Pilates graduate who has been teaching for five years and logged in thousands of hours, you may be wondering what’s next? If you have a love of educating and find yourself mentoring new Pilates talent, you may be a natural born Teacher Trainer. Real Pilates is recognized for our career instructors. We make it our business to inspire teachers and grow the industry. While we can’t guarantee everyone will make it to the finish line, we feel really good about our program and process to elevate our applicants to be the very best they can be.

WHAT’S THE DEAL?

ADMISSION BY APPLICATION:

COST: $2500 USD Tuition

+ 3 - 5 COMPREHENSIVE AUDIT CYCLES

TIMEline and work COMMITMENT

Lead Trainers are not created overnight. This is a multi-year process designed to hone the already excellent teaching of leaders in our field. Teaching clients is not teaching teachers. There is time required to learn, process and deliver content to first time Pilates teachers-in-training. We estimate a minimum of two years to complete the Lead Trainer track thoughtfully.

  •   Three to Five Audit cycles Comprehensive Training Seminars (4 Seminars = 1 Cycle)

  • Completion of required journal for review after each seminar

  • Complete Guided Self-Practice Calendar

  • Assessments after each Cycle

  •   Perform Assistant Lead Trainer role during two cycles of seminars

  •   Group Presentation

  • Other Considerations

    • Continued Practice with RP Team

    • Mentor role to trainees

    • Prior Experience

If accepted, enrolled and successfully graduated, LTT’s will take their place among our exclusive roster of Real Pilates Lead Trainers to conduct seminars worldwide.
