Hello Pilates People,

I'm writing to share with you something brand new that I've created and will be offering this August 7,8 and 9, 2020. Some of you may know that we launched a summer event last year with the intention to help instructors and studio owners re-align with their passion, their teaching, and their business. This is a passion project of mine and one to which I have dedicated some years, namely, the synthesis of teaching and business in our Pilates world. Our Realignment Forum had to be canceled this year but that spurred me to create something different, something necessary and something I've never done before. 

I am not and have never been a one-woman show. I take inspiration, instruction and input from multiple sources. Watching our industry suffer, I realized the best thing I could offer was access to my own support system - my dream team. And so I've done exactly that. 

Over four to five virtual hours each day I have bundled together a mini-conference where I have called upon my very own wonder-women. The wizards who have propelled both me personally and my business Real Pilates into the brand it is today. They will school you, inspire you and hold you accountable in the ways of vision, finance and marketing. And yes, I'll be teaching also. Each day will bring you an all-new Pilates workshop with me personally, followed by a workout and then a target training with one of my power squad. I promise you, this is the greatest value I can offer to each of you at a time when our need is the highest. We can all become better teachers with varied workshops - but successful teachers also need some hard-won skills in business, finance and marketing. 

If you were part of my Synthesis workshop in the past at the PMA or took part in one of my Control Groups for studio owners which took place in my home some years back, or if you heard about my 30 week-- long mentoring program that began in 2013, it can not come as a surprise that I am still championing this cause. Now more than ever - this connection between teaching and business, this missing piece of the puzzle will be vital to our survival both individually and collectively. As studios close and instructors face harsh economic realities it will be only the select few that rise from the ashes of the crushing effects of COVID-19.  In this critical time we need passion to sustain us, skills to elevate us and strategies to bolster us.

The event will cost $399 all inclusive. No extras. Early bird is $349. 

However.......if you elect pay the full $399 during the early bird stage I will put that money towards sponsoring a studio or instructor in need.

Finally - during this event I will share with you our upcoming initiative to be more active and engaged allies to the BIPOC community. We are looking for studios to join us in this effort. I'm genuinely excited about what we've put together.
